Front desk
You put nervous families at ease the moment they walk in
In this role, you'll
- Greet families with genuine kindness — every visit matters
- Coordinate appointments and manage our office calendar
- Keep things running smoothly, from answering phones to team support
What makes you a great fit
- Previous reception or administrative experience (helpful, but not everything)
- A positive, people-first mindset and amazing attention to detail
- Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office and navigating a busy schedule
Internship
Hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world clarity
Currently studying chiropractic? Our internship program is about building genuine confidence in care.
What you'll learn
- Learn tech-driven evaluation methods
- Master how to interpret scans and connect them to patient stories
- Build confidence explaining care to real families
- Guide care conversations from first exam to thoughtful follow-ups
- Help families make decisions rooted in trust — not pressure
Our ideal intern
- Is trainable, open-minded, and ready to learn
- Is at least in the 7th trimester of studies (or equivalent)
- Has some shadowing experience and a desire to learn clinical excellence
- Is interested in ICPA classes and CLA Insight technology
