Screen Slouch Is Real, and It’s Doing More Damage Than You Think

Every parent of a teenager has had the moment. You walk into the room and there they are, folded over their phone like a question mark, shoulders rounded, head dropped forward, neck at an angle that makes you wince just looking at it.
